Toddler Halloween Crafts: Part 1

We've been in full-on Halloween mode around here--full-on craft mode as well.  Is your little one anxious for Halloween to arrive?  I've got three toddler/preschooler Halloween crafts for you today.  Check back tomorrow for three more!

We love the story "Five Little Pumpkins."  Definitely read it with your little one this Halloween if you haven't yet.

Five Little Pumpkins Toddler Craft

What better to go along with the story than a cute glue and painting craft for your toddler or preschooler.

Supplies Needed:

Black Construction Paper
Yellow Construction Paper (for the moon)
Glue
Scissors
Popsicle Sticks
Orange Paint
Paintbrush

Pumpkin Collage Toddler Craft

This is an easy craft for a toddler.  You cut up the paper, and they glue it all onto a plate to create a pumpkin.

Supplies Needed:

Paper Plate
Orange and Green Construction Paper
Scissors
Glue Stick or Glue

Pipe Cleaner Spider Toddler Craft

This was so fun for my kiddo to make.  She drew a mouth and nose on the spider, but it's hard to see in the picture.  If you don't have googly eyes to use, draw those on as well!  Or use foam shape stickers, construction paper cutouts, etc. for the face.  I found it easiest to simply tape the pipe cleaners to the back of the spider to secure the legs.

Supplies Needed:

Paper Plate
Pipe Cleaners
Tape
Googly Eyes
Crayons/Markers

This was another easy craft we did recently: Toddler Leaf Craft

See you tomorrow for three more kiddo crafts!
