No-Bake Peanut Butter Bites

No-Bake Peanut Butter Bites are a delicious and easy snack to make.  I sweetened them with honey, so there is no added sugar. 


1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

1) Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
2) Roll into 1-inch balls.
3) Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4) Enjoy!
